Returns Policy

We are proud to offer a 60-Day returns policy on all of our items for any reason at all*. We even pay the return shipping via our easy and free Reply-Paid address. Too small? Wrong colour? Not what you were expecting? Or just don’t want it anymore? Then just send it back for a full refund and no out-of-pocket costs to you. Gotta love that!

Our 60 day return policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • For damaged, broken or defective items: Simply email a clear photo of the damage along with a brief description of the fault to [email protected]. Once we can verify the damage or defect, we will then issue a replacement or refund of the full purchase price including any postage. If we need the item returned, we will issue you with our Reply Paid address. In most cases of damage or defect however, we will simply ask that you dispose of the goods.
  • For Change of Mind returns: Simply send us an email stating what you would like to return. We will then issue you with the Reply Paid address to return the goods. Once the goods arrive back at our warehouse, your refund will be issued. For Change of mind on international orders the return shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.

*All returns must be initiated within 60 days from date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as malicious or accidental damage (except during shipping). Gift Me A Break reserves the right to refuse return of items we believe have been misused or where deliberate abuse of our returns policy is taking place.
