Do you ship internationally (outside Australia)?

Yes we do. We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan & New Zealand.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and take between 3 and 7 days to arrive.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Australia with most orders dispatched from our warehouse in Mandurah, Western Australia.

Do you offer order tracking?

Are there any customs fees and charges that I have to pay?

Some countries do charge customs fees or taxes on purchases made from overseas. You should check with your local customs office to see if this applies to you.

I have received a discount voucher. How do I use it?

To use make use of a Gift me a Break discount voucher, simply enter the voucher code into the "Apply Coupon / Promo Code" box in the checkout screen and click "apply coupon code". The discount is then calculated automatically and applied to your purchase. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

I have made an error with my order. What should I do?

Contact us immediately by email or fill out the contact us form on our website and we will endeavour to correct the error for you.

Can you send my order to a different address, other than my own?

Absolutely. Just provide the address you would like your order to ship to, in the shipping address section of the checkout page.

Can I get more of something than you have available in your store?

Yes. In most cases we can order more stock for you than what we have showing on our website. Simply contact us by email or or fill out the contact us form on our website. If the item is discontinued or out of stock with our suppliers, we will let you know.

I want something that is out of stock, or coming soon. When will it be available?

In this situation it is best to contact us by email or fill out the contact us form on our website, and we will provide an estimed arrival date for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. We offer 60-day returns on every order. For orders shipped within Australia, our returns policy includes free, reply-paid returns for any reason within sixty days from purchase. For international orders (outside Australia) we offer sixty days money back for orders that are damaged on arrival or are not as described. Change of mind returns are available, however return shipping must be covered by the purchaser.

Yes, our site is securely encrypted to ensure your details remain secure. We do not store any of your financial information such as credit card details.
